Angelo Vasta is a New York-based filmmaker and director from Milan, Italy. His work explores
choreography and performance in contemporary
ballet and how they can be expressed through moving
images.
His passionate approach and modern
sensibility inspired a clean and considered identity
which draws attention to his footage and communicates
his subtle creative direction.
All the visual assets have been created around
a bespoke typeface. Despite its apparent simplicity
this font allows for a variety of unique typographic
treatments and lockups which not only bring rhythm
and flexibility to the brand, but also strengthen its
recognisability and consistency throughout multiple
applications and platforms.
Additionally a custom-made website has been
designed and developed to showcase his professional
work and establish a strong digital presence.
